SKYLINE EXHIBIT RESOURCE PRESIDENT EARNS WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESS CERTIFICATION

De Pere, Wisconsin, Thursday, May 06, 2010— Skyline Exhibit Resource President, Carol Van Vreede, announced today that her company has obtained the  Women-Owned Business Enterprise status from the Wisconsin Department of Commerce.  “There are a tremendous number of opportunities for women in business, and we feel fortunate to participate in programs that benefit disadvantaged business owners.  I would encourage other women and minority business owners to pursue this certification,” says Van Vreede.
 
Women Owned Business Certification allows businesses with at least 51% women ownership to get a leg up on opportunities presented by large businesses and government contracts.  Van Vreede is currently in the process of registering as a Diversity Supplier with over 150 companies.  “The amount of paperwork is significant, but we feel confident that our hard work will continue to drive new business opportunities,” Van Vreede says.
