EXHIBIT RESOURCE SKYLINE OPENS DOORS TO NEW FACILITY
02.05.2009
De Pere, Wisconsin, February 05, 2009 — Take a drive down Packerland and you’ll see a number of new constructions emerging from the fog.  One of them is Exhibit Resource, an authorized Skyline dealer.  In a time when it seems that more and more businesses are closing their doors, leaving hundreds of dedicated workers to find work elsewhere, Exhibit Resource – Skyline in De Pere is living a completely different story.

February 5, 2009, President Carol Van Vreede stepped up and cut the ribbon, ceremonially opening the doors to a new 40,000 square foot facility.  Van Vreede views a challenging economy as opportunity.  “We’ve been through crazy times like this before.  We’ve always prevailed and quite honestly we feel like we’re an airplane that is beginning to take off on the runway.  The sky is the limit.”

The building is a step up, if not a leap up, from their previous location on Bayland Court in Green Bay.  All operations of the business, including warehouse space for trade show assets and the print department, are now under one roof.  Van Vreede says the move was necessary if the business was to continue to grow and delve deeper in the minds of consumers as the total resource for all things exhibits and beyond.

A new division was also added to the Exhibit Resource portfolio.  Floor Ū, a floor coverings store, was added to provide yet another option for Exhibit Resource clients.  Floor Ū store manager, Kelly Klaus, says “Renting carpet at trade shows is extremely expensive, and who knows what shape those carpets will be in when they are laid at the booth.  Businesses put a lot of time and resources into making their displays look good, it just doesn’t make sense to put a worn carpet under it.  Owning your own flooring is smart, especially because it saves money in the long run.”

Though times are tough for some, there is room for growth.  Van Vreede says the key is to “believe that you can do it, have the determination and the right attitude and you can be successful."
